Do I need to bring anything to my free taster class?

You will need a bottle of drinking water.
If you are prone to sweating, please bring a small towel.
Your glasses, if you need them, as you will need to fill in a form, for insurance, before you can join in.
Your diary, so you can check out when you will be free to come again.

Am I the right age to come?

Age is just a number so of course you are. That’s why I offer your first class for Free so you can find out for yourself. You do as much or as little as you like & take it from there.

I have an injury, will I be OK?

When you come, before we begin, please ensure that you let me know of any injury that may be aggravated by exercise. That way I can offer you suitable alternatives to movements that may not be appropriate for you.

I am overweight, will I be OK?

You will be most likely be fine and find that it’s a fun way to help become a healthier weight & feel more confident with your body. If you have been diagnosed as obese then you should check with your GP before coming.

I’ve never done dancing or Zumba before, will I be OK?

Absolutely! We were all beginners once. Just come along & have a bit of fun.

I have no co-ordination, will I be OK?

That’s what’s great about our classes. It doesn’t matter. No one minds if you are not quite getting it. Just keep moving and have a laugh. Your coordination will improve as your brain (it’s a muscle too) gets a new work out. So be patient with yourself. After all it will only be your first class.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes in which you feel comfortable can easily move. Layers may be a good idea as you will become warm during the class. Please wear shoes that have some cushioning, yet offer support too, in order to protect your joints.

Is there parking available?

As it is different at each venue, parking information will be indicated on the email confirmation that you receive when you book your Free taster session.

How much is it?

We have a number of options, depending on how often you want to come. The best way to decide what will best suit you, is to book in for your Free taster session. At the session I will have all the information you need & will be able to run through it with you. Just bring your diary to double check what is best for you.
